Job Highlights: We are looking for an experience Mechanical Engineer to manage end to end -maintenance activity. 7-10 years of experience in Chemical/Hydrometallurgy plants. Qualification: Degree/Diploma - Mechanical with Experience: At least 7 years of Work experience Minimum 2 years in Managerial or Supervisory Role Skills & Competencies: -Stronge Knowledge of Mechanical & Utility equipment maintenance -Troubleshooting and Root Cause analysis skill -Leadership and Team Handling ability -Good Communication and Co-ordination skill Roles and Responsibility: -Plan and Implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs -Ensure Minimum breakdown and Quick restoration of equipment -Knowledge and Hand on experience of all type of Pumps, Blower, Gearbox, Agitator, Thermic Fluid Heater, EOT Crane, Heat Exchangers, etc.. -Lead, Supervise and Train Maintenance technicians and Sub-ordinates -Collaborate with cross-fictional team to identify area of improvement in maintenance processes and procedure -Spare Planning; Create timely Work order/ Materials requisition to ensure timely availability of spare parts/Services required to complete the maintenance plan as per desired timeline -Maintain Maintenance Logs, SOPs, Manuals and records -Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Maintenance reports -Manage Contractors and Contract Labours -Ensure compliance with Safey, Health and Environmental regulations

Jr. Fitter Support mechanical fitting, installation, maintenance, alignment, dismantling, and repair work under supervision. Assist senior technicians in routine plant maintenance, use hand tools and measuring instruments, follow safety rules, and help with day-to-day mechanical tasks.

Store Incharge Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, issue, storage, and recording of materials. Maintain stock accuracy, coordinate with purchase, production, and finance teams, ensure proper documentation, and monitor inventory levels for timely replenishment. Follow company procedures, FIFO/stock control practices, and safety standards while keeping the store organized and audit-ready.

Electrician – Electrical & Instrumentation Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown support of electrical and instrumentation systems in the plant. Candidate should have ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation with 2–5 years of industrial experience. Must know panel wiring, motors, PLC/VFD basics, and plant safety practices. Should be willing to work in shifts.

Jr. Executive (HR & Admin) will support recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and day-to-day office administration at Birkoni, Mahasamund. The role is suitable for a graduate with basic HR and admin knowledge.
